Ordered a delivery from the Sutton Coldfield restaurant. The steak 40 day aged rib eye) was well over cooked, the calamari were very few in number. All were cold on arrival including the burger. This was a £50+ celebration meal and a real disappointment.

Our 1st time at the Chester Miller &Carter ,very disappointed.We were running late for our booking,tried calling the restaurant got no answer. On arrival we were seated at an awkward busy spot , we asked the manager to be kindly moved to another table preferably a booth . A few were free at that time and when we left , the manager was not polite at all, all we got from him was we are late so we sit were we are sat ! He made us feel very unwelcome, the way he spoke to us as if we had no right asking for a seat we were comfortable with . Terrible experience, we only endured the meal as we had already ordered. Good customer service costs nothing Sir!

Used to really like miller & carter but my last visit was awful. My steak was like a piece of leather couldn’t eat it , I didn’t complain on the day as my partner is not comfortable with confrontation. I contacted them the next day just to let them know how bad my meal was . The response I got was a bit strange they told me they had deducted the price of my meal from the bill totally untrue. After a few emails getting nowhere I got the bill out itemised everything on it gave them bill number and said if that didn’t help I wasn’t sure what else I could do other than get a copy of my bank statement. Lo and behold no response whatsoever from Miller & Carter great customer service(NOT). After this review being posted I have now received a £30 e voucher from Miller & Carter and an apology got there in the end much appreciated.

Loved this place starter and steak were both great. I would happily recommend!

Had a lovely time and the food was absolutely amazing.
Great atmosphere and very friendly staff.
Even though the waiter spilt a drink in my lap (our drinks were taken off of our bill as an apology) the whole evening was really enjoyable.
Can’t wait to go back.

Our two children treated us to a meal today for my 70th birthday and it was amazing. The food, which I always assumed to be overpriced was worth every penny. I can honestly say I've never had such an amazing steak and all the sides were as good, especially the lettuce. The staff were friendly, helpful and never rushed us at all, just let us enjoy our afternoon. It is expensive but for a special occasion definitely worth a visit. I'm trying to think of a downside to this restaurant but there really isn't any.

Enderby branch was absolutely terrible. I went for a steak with my wife. Ordered a fillet steak rare on there own recommendation and it was absolutely terrible to the point I could only eat a quarter. Nobody asked if the food was ok. When we swiftly went to pay the server didn't even ask if anything was wrong considering I left my main practically uneaten. Won't be going back, I've had better and cheaper steaks at a spoons.

Visited again for lunch. Fantastic lunchtime menu at a great price. Jessie was very friendly, professional and attentive. I would recommend the Gosforth Park restaurant and will certainly visit again ?

Terrible service and experience. I’ve complained but they haven’t taken me seriously or will accept their food caused a member of the group to he seriously sick within 1/2 hour of leaving the establishment. They expected me to get a sample of the vomit and have to tested !! All I wanted was a refund of that meal but they refuse to. Their prices don’t reflect the quality or service. Won’t be returning !!!

Visited Miller & Carter in St Albans 1july 2022 golden anniversary. Was served by Beata. What a great experience, was visiting St A just popped in to check booking availability on 30th june. Beata helped and advised for that,we felt welcome even then. Returned for the meal Beata had remembered it was our anniversary and proceeded to give us the best visit to a restaurant together with great food that I have had in a very very long time. Thanks Beata and Miller and Carter.

Avoid the Milton Keynes Escape branch. They do not honour bookings that they themselves have confirmed back. Did not offer any help to find alternative to celebrate a birthday. The person dealing, prseumably the manager, could not care less and was rude. Fortunately we got a table with a competitor.

Absolutely excellent evening at Miller&Carter Hinckley. The welcome and service throughout the evening was brilliant. The steaks and all the food out party of 6 enjoyed was very good. Not the cheapest place but the extra cost was well worth it. Our first visit but certainly will not be the last.

We went to the Kettering restaurant for our birthdays our waitress was outstanding knew all about menu service first class food was very good except very disappointing fries over cooked and 50% very hard but this will not stop us returning Waitress Julita was first class ?

visited Miller and Carter Maidstone and was warmly welcomed. Served with a smile by Daisy who was attentive and professional throughout our visit.
Excellent drinks and beautifully cooked and presented meals.
The perfect finish to a great graduation day with my daughter, her best friend and our families.
